The Buckle

These are photos of The Buckle's window displays at Eastland Mall. I am usually not a huge fan of their window displays because they seem over accessorized and cluttered to me. An example of this is the last photo shown with the coral sweatpants. I see no real correlation between these mannequins, no story, and no trend pattern. The casual outfit seems out of place and unplanned. However, I do like the other window displays. The red window has a clear theme and is visually pleasing. A customer walking past can look at those mannequins and instantly see how one piece he or she likes can be made into an entire outfit. The window with the cobalt blue pops does the same thing. To me, this is very attractive to a customer, especially those who may not know how to put together or accessorize an outfit. This theme is consistent throughout the whole store with the mannequins. Although they can sometimes be over done. I appreciate the fact that they are done in the first place.
